刘艺，江苏南京人，海军工程大学信息与电气学院副教授，知名计算机技术作家。著有《Delphi模式编程》等专著10部，翻译《计算机科学导论》等国外著名计算机教材4部。与人合著的重点大学计算机教材《信息安全学》荣获教育部推荐研究生教材。他主持的多个科研项目曾在军内获奖。
王春生，山东龙口人，博士，曾任海军工程大学外语教研室副主任、英语副教授，现为军事科学院世界军事研究部研究员。主编或合作出版编著6部，译作9部，发表论文与译文30余篇，系戴炜栋教授主编的《新世纪英汉多功能词典》的主要编写人员之一。
